This Privacy Notice explains how Remorise handles personal data submitted through the registration and contact forms, along with limited technical information used to operate and protect the website.

The registration form collects:
- Full name, email address and phone number
- Age, when the age field is enabled
- Current occupation, when you choose to provide it
- Your acknowledgement of this Privacy Notice
The contact form also collects a subject and message.
On submission, we may record limited request and attribution information, including IP address, IP-derived country, referring website and campaign parameters.
How We Collect Personal Data
- Information you submit through our website forms
- Technical request information generated when a form is sent
- Website security and conversion-measurement services configured on this site
How We Use Personal Data
- To process your registration of interest
- To respond to enquiries and communicate relevant next steps
- To prevent abuse, manage rate limits and protect the website
- To administer application records
- To measure whether a registration was completed, without sending application form details to the advertising tag
Submitting either form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service Providers
Personal data may be processed by service providers used to host, secure and operate the website, including Supabase, Vercel and Cloudflare. Google Ads receives a conversion event after a successful registration; application form details are not included in that event.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law.
Retention of Personal Data
Registration and contact records are kept for the retention period configured for the service, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Records are then deleted or anonymised as appropriate.

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, contact remorisesg@gmail.com. We may retain information where required by applicable law.
Data Security
We use access controls, secure transmission and restricted administrative access to protect submitted information. No internet service can provide absolute security.
